Mary PatriciaCOOLEDGEWho passed away peacefully at Glan Clwyd Hospital following a short illness on Tuesday 16th December 2025, aged 89 years and of Prestatyn.
Devoted Wife of the late Gordon Cooledge and a loving Mum and Grandma who will be sadly missed and fondly remembered by all her family and friends.
Funeral service to be held at Denbighshire Memorial Park & Crematorium, St Asaph on Tuesday 20th January 2026 at 12pm.
Family flowers only please but donations if so desired, will be gratefully accepted towards the Down Syndrome Association.
